Premarital counseling is designed to help couples discover their strengths and growth areas. Couples will learn useful communication skills. Couples will learn conflict resolution skills Couples will discuss their couple relationship and Family of origin. Couples will develop goals personally, and as a couple and family.

The Community Resiliency Training (CRM) equips Community members to not only help themselves, but to help others within their wider social network. The primary focus of CRM is to educate individuals about the biology and neurophysiology of trauma, stress and resilience as well as teach simple biologically-based wellness skills, which can help reset and stabilize the nervous system.

Cost is $150 for 90 mins for group of 4 or more, or an Individual consultation for an 1 hour is $150

Private Consultation for licensed therapists for an hour is $150 or private group consultations are $75 for 90 min. This is for 4 or more people.
